  • 1 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cups Butter, softened
  • 0.5 cups Erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 whole Large egg
  • 0.5 cups Chopped pitted dates
  • 0.5 cups Chopped pecans

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and erythritol sweetener with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
