Ingredients

  • 4 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Using a spiralizer or julienne peeler, cut the zucchini into noodles and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
