Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

Add the almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
