Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands or a spatula until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Step 3

Form the mixture into approximately 16 meatballs, each about 1½ inches in diameter, and set them aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the meatballs to the skillet, making sure they are not too crowded. Cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides.
