  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 pound Ground pork
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce (low carb)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, egg, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix thoroughly with your hands or a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are well combined.

Roll the mixture into approximately 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
