Ingredients

  • 4 units hot dogs
  • 4 units sugar-free hot dog buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place the hot dogs in a skillet and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, for about 6 minutes or until they are browned and heated through.

Step 3

While the hot dogs are cooking, carefully cut the sugar-free hot dog buns open, if not pre-sliced.

Spread a small amount of butter on the inside of each bun to add flavor and prevent sticking.

Place the buns on a baking sheet.
