Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat a large pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets and cook for 3 minutes until just tender.

Drain the vegetables and run them under cold water to stop the cooking. Set aside.
