Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli and cauliflower florets for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
