Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 whole Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Brush a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to lightly coat the bottom.

Step 3

Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

Step 4

Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top of the chicken breasts and season them evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
