  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated

  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Step 3

In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the cheese and flour mixture.

Step 4

Add melted butter, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture.
