  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder together.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
