Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the paper with olive oil or non-stick spray.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until the cheeses are melted and can be combined smoothly. Stir well.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
