Ingredients

  • 300 grams Frozen spinach
  • 150 grams Feta cheese
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 180 grams Almond flour
  • 150 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, one egg, spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you have a consistent filling.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and butter. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.

Add almond flour and baking powder to the melted cheese mixture, stirring until it forms a dough.
