Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 slices Sliced ham
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until the cheeses are melted and can be easily stirred together.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt into the cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough begins to form.
