Ingredients

  • 400 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 400 grams Canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 200 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

Start by separating the cauliflower into small florets and set them aside.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.

Step 4

Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.

Add the garlic and ginger to the onions and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Pour the canned diced tomatoes into the pan and stir well.
