Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, and cut it into small florets.

Step 2

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

Step 3

Add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.

Step 4

Drain the cauliflower using a colander, ensuring you remove as much water as possible.

In a food processor, combine the cooked cauliflower, butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and the remaining salt.
