Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head Cauliflower florets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Separate the cauliflower into small florets.

Step 4

In a large ovenproof skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
