  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 leaves Iceberg or Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add sausages to the pan and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and heated through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
