  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large saucepan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
