  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 0.25 cup Blue cheese dressing
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
