Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 each Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 10 each Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt.

Add the egg and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the almond flour mixture and stir well to form a dough.
