Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
