  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Cilantro

Directions

Step 1

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
