Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0 Coconut oil or Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, and place a wire rack on top.

In a bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside.
