Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil or use cooking spray.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Step 3

In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

Step 5

Dip each cauliflower floret in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and then roll it in the almond flour mixture until well coated. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

Lightly spray the coated cauliflower with a little more olive oil or cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your low carb breaded cauliflower as a healthy snack or side dish.
