  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
