Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Portobello mushrooms
  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside.

Step 3

In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Step 4

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Step 5

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are translucent.

Step 6

Add the ground beef to the pan and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook the beef until it is browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 7

Mix in the salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley. Stir well to combine.

Step 8

Remove the beef mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 9

Stuff each mushroom cap with a generous spoonful of the beef mixture, pressing it down slightly to pack it in.

Step 10

Brush the stuffed mushrooms with the remaining olive oil.

Step 11

Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 12

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the beef is fully cooked.

Step 13

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
