  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Start by slicing the beef sirloin steak into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick, against the grain.

Step 2

Cut the red, green, and yellow bell peppers into thin strips, discarding the seeds and stems.

Step 3

Peel and slice the onion into thin wedges.

Step 4

Mince the garlic cloves and finely grate the ginger.
