  • 400 grams Beef sirloin
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoons Ginger
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 2 packs Shirataki noodles
  • 1 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing your ingredients: slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, mince the garlic cloves, grate or mince the ginger, slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, and slice the zucchini into half-moons. Chop the green onions and set aside for garnish.

Step 2

Season the beef strips with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos and let them marinate for a few minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.

Step 3

Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for at least 2-3 minutes. This helps to get rid of their natural odor. Set aside to drain.

Heat a large, non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil to the pan.
