  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain for tenderness.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the beef strips to this marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
