  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
