  • 500 grams ground beef

  • 2 large egg
  • 60 grams butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the finely chopped onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
