  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.33 cup Hot water

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and ginger, frying until fragrant for about 1 minute.

Stir in the cumin seeds, followed by the chopped onion, and cook until the onion turns golden.

Add the ground beef and cook, stirring to break up the meat, until browned and cooked through.
