Ingredients

  • 400 g Shirataki rice noodles
  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 60 ml Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 15 ml Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 150 g Green beans, trimmed
  • 100 g Carrots, julienned
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki rice noodles under cold water for about 2-3 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Increase the heat to high, add the sliced beef sirloin, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it's browned and cooked through.
