Ingredients

  • 250 grams Ground beef
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut aminos
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce

Directions

Step 1

Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles using a spiralizer.

Step 2

Mince the garlic and ginger, and slice the green onions thinly.

Step 3

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Step 4

Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 5

Increase the heat to medium-high, add the ground beef, break it apart and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, coconut aminos, salt, and black pepper into the beef. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Transfer the cooked beef to a bowl and set aside.
