Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 2 for garnish green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all ingredients. Thinly slice the beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. Wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Mince garlic and ginger.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, beef broth, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and season with salt and black pepper. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
