Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 each Egg wash (optional, for brushing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the sugar-free BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder with the cooked pork. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
