  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 500 milliliters Chicken broth
  • 300 grams Zucchini noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the chicken breast and set aside.

Step 2

Mince the garlic and ginger. Clean and slice the button mushrooms.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and ginger, saute until fragrant.
