Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step 2

Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.

Step 3

Steam or boil the cauliflower florets for about 5-8 minutes until tender but not mushy. Drain excess water and set aside.

Step 4

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Step 5

Add the heavy cream and cream cheese to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the cream cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Step 6

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 7

Reduce heat to low and add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is completely melted into the sauce.

Step 8

Add the steamed cauliflower florets to the cheese sauce, gently stirring to coat them evenly.

Step 9

Transfer the cheesy cauliflower mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 10

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the cauliflower.

Step 11

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.

Step 12

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
