Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese, for topping
  • 0.5 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and 3 tablespoons of cream cheese. Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments until the cheese is completely melted and smooth, stirring between increments.
