  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 bacon strips
  • 4 Gouda cheese slices
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing them in separate bowls.

Step 3

Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Step 4

In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese and baking powder until well combined.

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate the whites.

Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to create 4 round 'buns.'
