Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon strips
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.

Step 3

Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Step 4

In the other bowl, mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese until smooth.

Step 5

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites, taking care not to deflate the whites.

Scoop the egg mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form four even rounds. Flatten them slightly with a spoon to shape them like sandwich buns.
