  • 1 pound Ground beef (80/20)

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 0.5 cup Dill pickles, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot, crumble, and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pot.

Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
