Ingredients

  • 2 slices Low-carb bread
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 halved Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the bacon slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels.
