  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium, grated Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 head, leaves separated Romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium, sliced Tomatoes
  • 100 grams, pitted and sliced Kalamata olives
  • 100 grams, crumbled Feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb and ground beef with the chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano, marjoram, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.

Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan, ensuring it is compact and even.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
