  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda or other low carb sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the Napa cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Remove the seeds from the red bell pepper, then thinly slice it, and add to the bowl.
