  • 0.25 cup Granulated erythritol

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 medium Apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 large Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

In a separate bowl, combine the diced apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, and walnuts.
