Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sea salt, and garlic powder (if using) and whisk to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.

Step 3

Add the egg white and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well with a spatula or your hands until a smooth dough forms.

Step 4

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out evenly with a rolling pin to about 1/8-inch thickness. The thinner the dough, the crispier the crackers will be.

Step 5

Peel off the top layer of parchment paper and carefully transfer the rolled-out dough (still on the bottom parchment) to your prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to score the dough into cracker-sized squares. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or additional sea salt on top, if desired.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the crackers are firm to the touch.

Step 8

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on the tray. They will further crisp up as they cool.

Step 9

Break the crackers along the scored lines and serve immediately, or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
