Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Granulated erythritol
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 0.25 cup Sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the tin.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated erythritol until well combined.
