  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds until the cheese is fully melted and can be easily stirred together.

Step 3

Stir in 1.5 cups of almond flour, 1 large egg, 0.5 teaspoons of baking powder, and 0.25 teaspoons of salt into the melted cheese mixture. Mix until you form a dough.
